Application Form
The Application Form will be completed an academic, an industrialist and a PhD student outlining the Internship work plan. We also welcome partially completed Applications where applicants require assistance in identifying an academic partner.

To apply for an Internship, please download and complete the Application Form below. A word version is available on request.

Application Forms should be returned to Dr Vera Hazelwood at the Industrial Mathematics KTN.

Industrialists or academics requiring assistance in finding a suitable partner for an Internship should complete as much of the application form as possible and then contact the Industrial Mathematics KTN for assistance in finding a partner. Partially completed forms will be advertised through the Industrial Mathematics KTN in order to find a partner.

By applying to an Internship, the partners agree to the Internships Ground Rules.

Applications will be reviewed against five Assessment Criteria to ensure the projects will deliver the objectives of the Internship mechanism.
