Internships Ground Rules
The following are a set of "Ground Rules" for companies and universities wishing to participate in an Industrial Mathematics Internship.

The Ground Rules are effectively a set of informal terms and conditions and their intention is to ensure that all parties have an agreed understanding of what the Internship is seeking to achieve and how it will operate.

The primary objective of an Industrial Mathematics Internship is for the participants to gain familiarity with each other’s expertise and interests, through carrying out a short self-contained project. The Internships are designed to be rapidly responsive to new opportunities, with a light administrative burden, and the Ground Rules reflect these aims.

They have been prepared by the Industrial Mathematics KTN, in its role as manager of the Internships programme, as an aid to facilitating new Internship projects.
