ERCIM News: Mathematics for finance and economy
The July 2009 issue of ERCIM News is a special issue on "Mathematics for finance and economy".
ERCIM News is a quarterly publication of the European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics. The current issue looks at applications of mathematics in the finance sector, and examines what lessons might be learned from the sector's recent turmoil. The articles are available here as an RSS feed. Look out especially for Michael Dempster's keynote, "Quantitative finance and the credit crisis", and Paul Wilmott's typically forthright article "The quality of quantitative finance".
