Introduction
The Study Group report studied each stage of the fiberisation process in enough detail to identify the main governing parameters and constraints. It outlined the models and obtained the results that agree with observed values. The models lead to recommendations for some bounds that the operating values should be kept within. The repot also suggests some experiments that could be used to study particular phenomana during the fiberisation process and improve the technology.
